• Google Gemini API (via AIProxy): We use Google's Gemini AI service through AIProxy to process pill images and provide health assistant responses. When you use these features, your images and queries are sent to these services for processing. • Apple App Store: We use Apple's App Store for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple processes your payment information according to their privacy policy.
• Apple Push Notification Service: We use Apple's push notification service to deliver medication reminders. Apple may collect device tokens and related information.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
• Local Storage: Most of your data, including identified medications, reminders, and chat history, is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless necessary for App functionality.
• Image Processing: When you use the pill identification feature, images are temporarily transmitted to our third-party AI service providers for processing. Images are not stored by these services after processing is complete.
• Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Data Retention: We retain your locally stored data until you delete it or uninstall the App. Information sent to third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
