This privacy policy applies to the Humanity's Last Stand app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Zbigniew Rusinek and Michał Rusinek (hereby referred to as "Service Providers") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

For a better experience and to enable certain features, such as account creation and saving your progress, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
An email address (for account creation and login via Firebase Authentication).
A username or nickname you choose for your in-game profile.
This information is used to create and manage your user account, save your game progress across devices, and secure your data.
b) Automatically Collected Information
The Application, through its use of third-party services, automatically collects certain information to help us understand how our Application is being used, to diagnose problems, and to improve our service. This information may include:
Device Information: Such as your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID).
Usage Data & Analytics: Information about your interactions with the Application, such as features used, levels played, session duration, in-game events (e.g., completing a level, making a purchase), and other gameplay statistics. This is collected via Google Analytics for Firebase.
Crash Data: Information related to application crashes and performance issues, including device state, stack traces, and other diagnostic information. This is collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
This data is typically processed in an aggregated and anonymized form. The Application does not gather precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-Party Services and Data Access
Our Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. We do not have control over their practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Google Play Services: Used for core functionalities on Android devices, including In-App Billing, In-App Updates, and In-App Reviews.
Firebase (a Google Platform): Used for various backend services essential for the Application's functionality. The specific Firebase services we use are:
Firebase Authentication: To manage user login and account creation.
Cloud Firestore: To securely store and synchronize your game progress, settings, and other user-generated data (e.g., high scores, unlocked items).
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To send you relevant push notifications about game events, if you grant permission.
Firebase Crashlytics: To collect crash reports to help us identify and fix bugs.
Firebase Remote Config: To update the game's configuration, balance, and enable special events without requiring an app update.
Google Analytics for Firebase: To collect anonymized usage data to help us understand player behavior and improve the game.
Unity: The game engine used to create this Application. Unity may collect certain data for its own operational purposes, such as an anonymized device identifier.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information only in the following situations:

when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Data Retention Policy
We will retain User Provided data (such as your account information and game progress stored in Cloud Firestore) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter to allow for account recovery. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate form.
If you would like us to delete User Provided Data associated with your account, please contact us at studiowpf@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that deleting this data will result in the permanent loss of your game progress and account.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstallation processes available on your mobile device.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
