PigFarm Assistant — Terms of ServiceLast updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PigFarm Assistant mobile application (the “App”) on iPhone and iPad. By downloading, accessing, or using PigFarm Assistant, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About PigFarm AssistantPigFarm Assistant (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a pig farm management productivity app. Features may include pig and group inventory, breeding and pregnancy records, vaccines, tasks and reminders, expenses and sales tracking, weight and feeding details, herd report export (such as PDF), optional advertisements in the free experience, and optional Pro and Max subscriptions. Max may include an optional AI assistant (text chat and live voice).
2. EligibilityYou must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use PigFarm Assistant. If you are under the age required to consent in your country, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
PigFarm Assistant is intended for general audiences as a farm-management productivity tool. It is not directed to children under 13.
3. License to Use the AppWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use PigFarm Assistant for personal or internal farm-management purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App (except to the extent permitted by law)• Distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App• Use the App for unlawful purposes• Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation, security, integrity checks, advertising, analytics, or subscription systems• Use automated systems to abuse the App, its AI features, or related services at scale• Bypass free-tier limits, ads, or subscription entitlements through unauthorized means
4. Apple App Store TermsPigFarm Assistant is made available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for PigFarm Assistant, except as required by applicable law. Apple is not a party to these Terms between you and us, except that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the App Store license terms as described by Apple.
5. AccountsPigFarm Assistant does not require you to create an account. Your farm records and settings are stored locally on your device by default.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your Apple ID, and any data stored on your device or in device backups you control.
6. App FeaturesPigFarm Assistant may include features such as:• Pig inventory, profiles, groups, and filters• Breeding, pregnancy, and related health records• Vaccine records and due reminders• Tasks and local reminder notifications• Expenses, sales, and profit summaries• Weight, growth, and feeding details• Pedigree / parent information• Herd report generation and sharing (for example PDF export via the system share sheet)• Optional advertisements (free experience)• Optional Pro subscription (unlimited animals and ad removal)• Optional Max subscription (Pro benefits plus AI Assistant)
Feature availability may vary between the free version, Pro, and Max. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
7. Free Plan and SubscriptionsFree PlanThe free version of PigFarm Assistant includes limited access, which may include:• A limited number of animals (for example, a base free limit, with optional additional slots unlocked by watching rewarded ads where available)• Advertisements (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and/or native formats)• Core farm-management features available without a subscription
ProPro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional benefits, which may include:• Unlimited animals• Removal of banner and interstitial ads (and related ad surfaces as implemented in the App)
MaxMax is an optional auto-renewable subscription that includes Pro benefits plus access to the AI Assistant (text chat and, where available, live voice), subject to device permissions, network availability, and third-party AI service availability.
Subscription plans may include weekly, monthly, and/or yearly options within the applicable subscription group(s). Pricing, plan details, and any introductory offers or trials (if offered) are shown in the App and on the App Store product page at the time of purchase.
Billing and Cancellation• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device (or the equivalent App Store subscription management path)• You can Restore Purchases in the App so StoreKit can sync your Apple Account entitlements to the device• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies• We do not store your payment card or full billing credentials
Virtual benefits such as rewarded animal slots are in-app benefits only. They are not real money and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. AI Assistant DisclaimerIf you use the optional AI Assistant (available with Max, where offered):• The assistant may help answer questions and propose farm-management actions based on information on your device and prompts you provide• AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation• You must review and confirm important information and any suggested changes before relying on them for farm, animal-health, veterinary, financial, or operational decisions• The AI Assistant is not a substitute for a veterinarian, animal-health professional, accountant, lawyer, or other qualified advisor• Voice features may require microphone permission; declining microphone permission does not prevent use of other App features
We may use third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini via Firebase AI) to process your messages, voice audio (if used), and farm-context data needed to respond, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. AdvertisingThe free experience may display advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and related partners. On supported devices, the App may request App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized ads. Declining tracking does not prevent you from using the App.
Subscribing to Pro or Max removes ads as described in the App for the active entitlement period.
10. Your Data and Farm RecordsYour farm data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it (for example, by generating a PDF and sharing it) or you use optional AI features that send relevant content to third-party AI services as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining backups of your data using device backups or exports you choose to create. Deleting the App generally removes local App data, subject to iOS behavior and any backups you maintain.

11. Intellectual PropertyPigFarm Assistant, including its design, software, branding, icons, and original app content, is owned by us (or our licensors) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content outside the permitted use described in these Terms, except for your own farm records and reports that you create and export.
12. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:• Misuse the App, its AI features, ads, analytics, or subscription systems• Attempt to bypass free-plan limits, ads, or Pro/Max entitlements through unauthorized means• Use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, animals, or third parties• Submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content through support channels or AI prompts• Violate applicable laws or regulations
We may suspend or restrict access to the App or certain features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
13. Medical, Veterinary, and Professional DisclaimerPigFarm Assistant helps you organize farm and animal records. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment, breeding guarantees, financial advice, or legal advice.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate professional for animal health and welfare decisions. You remain solely responsible for the care of your animals and for decisions you make using the App.
14. Disclaimer of WarrantiesPigFarm Assistant is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free• All content, calculations, reminders, reports, or AI outputs will be accurate or complete• Defects will be corrected immediately• Third-party services (including Apple, Google advertising/analytics, or AI providers) will be continuously available
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, livestock value, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including reliance on AI outputs or reminders.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for PigFarm Assistant subscriptions through Apple in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10 if you have not purchased a subscription.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Changes to the App and TermsWe may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App, on our website, or on the App Store listing.
Your continued use of PigFarm Assistant after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
17. TerminationYou may stop using PigFarm Assistant at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We may terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property provisions, and AI-related disclaimers.
18. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
