PigFarm Assistant (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the PigFarm Assistant mobile application (the “App”) on iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PigFarm Assistant.
By downloading or using PigFarm Assistant, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. OverviewPigFarm Assistant is a pig farm management productivity app. You can track pigs and groups, breeding and pregnancy records, vaccines, tasks and reminders, expenses and sales, weight and feeding details, generate and share herd reports (such as PDFs), and—if you subscribe to Max—use an optional AI assistant (text chat and live voice) that can help manage and answer questions about your on-device farm data.
We designed PigFarm Assistant so that your farm records stay on your device by default. We do not require you to create an account. We do not operate a PigFarm Assistant farm-data server that stores your herd saves. We do not sell your personal information.
PigFarm Assistant does use limited internet connections for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, subscription verification, optional AI assistant features (when you use them), and related services provided by Apple and Google, as described below.
2. ScopeThis Privacy Policy applies to:• The PigFarm Assistant iOS app (bundle identifier com.fastfarming.studio)• Support communications you send to us about the App• The privacy practices described on our website or App Store listing that link to this policy
It does not apply to third-party websites, ads, or services that you may open from within the App, which are governed by their own policies.
3. Information We Do Not CollectPigFarm Assistant does not:• Require registration, login, or a password• Offer Sign in with Apple or any other account system• Collect your name, postal address, or phone number through the App as account data• Use Game Center, social multiplayer, or public leaderboards• Sync farm records to iCloud, CloudKit, or any developer-operated cloud save service• Access your contacts, photos, camera, calendar, Bluetooth peripherals for farm features, motion/fitness data, or precise location• Sell your personal information
We also do not receive your credit card number, bank details, or Apple ID password. Purchases are handled by Apple.
4. Information Stored on Your DevicePigFarm Assistant stores farm and preference data locally on your device, primarily using Apple’s SwiftData (on-device database) and UserDefaults (standard on-device preferences storage). This farm data is not uploaded to a PigFarm Assistant server.
Locally stored information may include:• Pig inventory and profiles (for example names or IDs you enter, type, weight, age or birth date, gender, price, health status, feeding details, pedigree/parents, group or subgroup assignment)• Groups and related organization data• Pregnancy, breeding, and related reproductive/health records you enter• Vaccine records and due dates• Tasks and reminder schedules• Expense and sale records, profit-related figures, and currency preference• Free-tier animal slot limits and rewarded-ad bonus slot counters• Local flags needed to reflect active Pro or Max subscription entitlements on device• Whether you have completed in-app onboarding• Other preference and UI state needed for the App to function
This information exists so the App can continue your farm records, show the correct animals and reminders, enforce free-tier limits, and apply subscription benefits. If you delete the App, this local data is generally removed with the App, subject to iOS behavior and any device backups you maintain.
You may also generate and share reports (such as PDF herd reports) using the system share sheet. Sharing is user-initiated; recipients and apps you choose are outside our control.
5. Information Processed Automatically Through Third-Party ServicesWhen the App has network access, certain third-party services may automatically process technical and usage information as described in this section. PigFarm Assistant does not operate a custom backend that stores your farm save files.
5.1 Advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob)On the free experience (when you do not have an active Pro or Max subscription that removes ads), PigFarm Assistant displays advertisements. Ad formats used by the App may include:• Banner ads• Interstitial ads• Rewarded ads (for example, to unlock an additional free animal slot)• Native ads
Advertising is provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information in order to serve, measure, and improve ads.
Advertising and measurement are subject to Google’s and Apple’s advertising frameworks and your tracking choices (see Section 5.2). 5.2 App Tracking Transparency (Optional Personalized Ads)On supported iOS versions, PigFarm Assistant may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework so that advertising partners can access the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for more relevant ads and ad measurement.
• This permission is optional• If you decline, you can continue using the App with non-personalized (or limited) ads, subject to Google’s and Apple’s rules• You can change tracking permission later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device
The App’s tracking purpose string explains that the identifier may be used to deliver personalized ads.
5.3 Analytics (Firebase Analytics)PigFarm Assistant uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the App is used and to improve features, stability, and monetization. Analytics events logged by the App are product- and feature-oriented. Examples include:• App open• Screen views (for example dashboard, pig list, detail, vaccines, tasks, expenses, sales, paywall)• Button and feature taps (for example create/edit pig, open assistant, subscribe, filters, save pregnancy or vaccine)• Ad load/view/result events (banner, interstitial, rewarded, native)• Content events such as pig or group deletion• A subscription-related user property (for example whether the device currently reflects an active subscription)
These events are not intended to include your name, email address, or other direct contact details as account data. Firebase may still process standard analytics technical data (such as app instance identifiers, device/app version information, and similar diagnostics) according to Google’s policies.

5.4 Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)PigFarm Assistant includes Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose crashes. If the App crashes, Crashlytics may collect crash logs and related diagnostic data (for example, device model, OS version, app version, and stack traces) so we can fix bugs and improve reliability.
5.5 Firebase App Check / Apple App AttestPigFarm Assistant uses Firebase App Check with Apple’s App Attest provider in release builds (and a debug provider in development builds). This helps protect Firebase-backed services (including AI features) from abuse by attesting that requests come from a genuine app install on a real device. App Attest involves device attestation signals managed by Apple and Google; it is not used to build a PigFarm Assistant user profile or to store your farm progress on our servers.
5.6 Apple App Store and StoreKitWhen you view, purchase, restore, or manage subscriptions, Apple processes the transaction through StoreKit / the App Store. Apple may provide the App with subscription and transaction status needed to unlock Pro or Max benefits. See Section 8 for purchase details.
5.7 SKAdNetworkThe App includes Apple SKAdNetwork identifiers used by advertising partners for privacy-preserving ad attribution measurement on iOS. This measurement is designed by Apple to limit the sharing of user-level tracking data.
5.8 Optional AI Assistant (Google Gemini via Firebase AI)If you have an active Max subscription (or otherwise have access to the AI assistant), PigFarm Assistant offers optional text chat and optional live voice conversations powered by Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic.
When you use the AI assistant:• Text you type is sent to Google’s Gemini services so the assistant can respond• If you use live voice, microphone audio is streamed to Google’s Gemini live voice services so the assistant can hear and respond in real time; the App may also receive transcriptions of input/output audio as part of that feature• To answer questions or perform farm actions, the assistant may receive tool/function results that include farm records from your device (for example pig lists and details, groups, pregnancy/breeding data, vaccines, tasks, expenses, sales, and related fields you have entered)• Actions that would change your local farm data typically require in-app confirmation before they are applied on your device
AI processing is provided by Google. We do not operate a separate PigFarm Assistant AI training server that permanently stores your farm database. However, content you send during an AI session (messages, voice audio, and farm data returned to the model through tools) is processed by Google according to Google’s terms and privacy practices for Firebase AI / Gemini. Do not dictate or type sensitive personal information you do not want processed by the AI service.
If you do not use the AI assistant, these AI transmissions do not occur.

6. Device Permissions and On-Device Features6.1 Tracking permissionAs described above, PigFarm Assistant may request App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized advertising. Declining does not prevent you from using the App.
6.2 Microphone (optional AI voice)PigFarm Assistant may request microphone access so you can speak with the AI assistant in real-time voice conversations. Microphone access is used only for the optional live voice assistant feature. The App does not record audio for unrelated background surveillance. If you decline microphone permission, you can still use other App features (including text AI chat, if available to you) without voice.
6.3 NotificationsPigFarm Assistant may request notification permission to schedule local reminders (for example vaccines, tasks, and pregnancy-related reminders). These reminders are generated on your device from data you enter. Declining notification permission does not prevent you from using core farm-management features, but you may not receive reminder alerts.
6.4 Haptics and on-device UIPigFarm Assistant may use standard on-device UI frameworks (including haptic feedback where applicable). These interactions are processed on your device.
6.5 Permissions we do not requestPigFarm Assistant does not request access to the camera, photo library, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth peripherals for farm gameplay/management, motion fitness data, or precise location services.
7. NotificationsPigFarm Assistant uses local notifications for farm reminders you configure or that are scheduled based on vaccine, task, and pregnancy data on your device.
The App may register for remote notifications as part of Apple’s notification infrastructure; the App’s reminder experience is based on local scheduling of vaccine, task, and pregnancy alerts. We do not operate a marketing push-campaign system that sends promotional messages about unrelated products from a PigFarm Assistant server.
You can change notification permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → PigFarm Assistant.
8. Premium Features, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions8.1 SubscriptionsPigFarm Assistant offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including:• Pro — removes ads and lifts free animal limits (unlimited animals)• Max — includes Pro benefits plus access to the AI assistant (text and live voice)
Plans may be offered on weekly, monthly, and/or yearly billing periods within the applicable subscription group(s), as shown in the App and on the App Store product page.
8.2 Free tier and rewarded adsWithout Pro or Max, the App may limit the number of animals you can keep (for example a free base limit, with optional additional slots unlocked by watching rewarded ads). Virtual slot unlocks are in-app benefits only and are not real money.
8.3 How Apple handles payments• All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and the App Store• We never receive or store your credit card number, bank account details, or full payment credentials• Apple may provide us (and the App, via StoreKit) with information such as product identifiers, purchase/subscription status, transaction verification results, renewal or revocation state, and related entitlement data needed to unlock Pro or Max• You can Restore Purchases in the App so StoreKit can sync your Apple Account entitlements to the device• Manage, cancel, or request refunds through your Apple Account / App Store subscription settings (for example, Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS)

9. Cloud Synchronization, Accounts, and MultiplayerPigFarm Assistant:• Does not provide cloud synchronization of farm records• Does not create user accounts• Does not use Sign in with Apple• Does not use Game Center• Does not offer online multiplayer, friend challenges, or cloud leaderboards
Your farm data remains on the device where you use the App, unless:• You separately back up your device using Apple’s own backup features (controlled by Apple, not by PigFarm Assistant)• You voluntarily share an export (such as a PDF) through the system share sheet• You use the optional AI assistant, in which case messages, voice audio (if used), and farm data needed for the assistant are processed by Google as described in Section 5.8
10. Information We Receive When You Contact UsIf you email us at fastfarming@proton.me, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as:• Your email address• The content of your message• Any attachments (for example, screenshots)
We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information you do not need us to see.
11. How We Use InformationWe use information as follows:• On-device farm data: to operate PigFarm Assistant features (inventory, breeding, vaccines, tasks, expenses/sales, reports, onboarding, free limits, and subscription entitlement display)• Advertising services: to show ads that support the free version of the App, subject to your tracking choices where applicable• Analytics: to understand feature usage and improve the App• Crash reports: to diagnose and fix stability issues• App Check / App Attest: to help protect Firebase-backed services (including AI) from abuse• Subscription status from Apple: to unlock Pro and Max benefits• AI assistant (optional, Max): to process your prompts, voice (if used), and farm-context tool results so the assistant can respond and propose actions• Support emails: to answer questions and resolve issues
We do not use your on-device farm records to build a marketing profile for sale to data brokers.
12. How We Share InformationWe do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be processed by or shared with:• Apple — App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases/subscriptions, App Attest / device attestation, and related platform services• Google — AdMob advertising, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check, and Firebase AI / Gemini (when you use the AI assistant)• Advertising partners participating through Google’s ad systems and Apple SKAdNetwork, according to their policies and your consent/tracking choices• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security• You, when you voluntarily email us support materials or share exports via the system share sheet• Recipients you choose when you share reports or other content using iOS sharing features
Third-party services process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
13. Data Retention• On-device farm data remains on your device until you clear app data (where available) or delete the App• Analytics and crash data are retained by Google/Firebase according to their retention settings and our project configuration, for as long as needed to analyze usage and improve the App• Advertising data is retained by Google and advertising partners according to their policies and your tracking choices• AI session content is processed by Google when you use the assistant; retention of model/service logs is governed by Google’s policies for Firebase AI / Gemini• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable support records• Subscription and payment records are managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies
14. SecurityWe take reasonable steps to protect information within our control, including relying on Apple platform security for local storage and industry-standard providers (Apple and Google) for payments, ads, analytics, crash reporting, attestation, and optional AI features.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. Because farm data can include operational details you enter, treat device access and Apple ID credentials carefully.
15. International Users and GDPRPigFarm Assistant is available internationally through the App Store. If you use the App, information processed by Apple or Google may be handled in the United States or other countries where those companies operate.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws:• You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data, and to data portability, subject to applicable law• You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, by changing tracking permission in iOS Settings, and by adjusting advertising preferences available through Apple or Google controls)• You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
Because most farm records are stored only on your device, the most effective way to delete that data is to delete the App (and any backups you control). To exercise rights that PigFarm Assistant can fulfill directly (especially regarding support emails), contact fastfarming@proton.me. For data held only by Apple or Google (ads, analytics, crash reports, AI processing), you may also need to use those companies’ tools and policies.
16. California Privacy RightsIf you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by law.
• We do not sell personal information for money• PigFarm Assistant uses advertising services that may involve “sharing” or targeted advertising under California law when personalized ads are enabled• You can limit personalized tracking by declining ATT permission and by using Apple’s and Google’s advertising controls on your device• Optional AI features process content you provide (and related farm-context tool results) with Google when you use them; this is a service feature you initiate, not a sale of personal information for money

17. Children’s PrivacyPigFarm Assistant is a general-audience productivity / farm-management app and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for the purpose of creating accounts or contacting them. The App does not require account creation.
Because PigFarm Assistant includes third-party advertising, analytics, and optional AI features, parents and guardians should review this Privacy Policy and device-level tracking, microphone, and notification settings before allowing a child to use the App.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact fastfarming@proton.me and we will delete it from our support records.
18. Your Choices and RightsYou can:• Use PigFarm Assistant without creating an account• Decline App Tracking Transparency permission and still use the App• Decline microphone permission and still use non-voice features• Decline notification permission (reminders may not appear)• Change tracking settings later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking• Change microphone and notification settings later in iOS Settings• Subscribe to Pro or Max, restore purchases, or manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings• Avoid using the AI assistant if you do not want messages, voice, or farm-context data processed by Google Gemini• Delete locally stored farm data by deleting the App from your device• Contact us to request assistance with support-email data or other requests we can fulfill

19. Third-Party SDKs and Services Actually UsedPigFarm Assistant integrates the following third-party or platform services that are relevant to privacy:

System frameworks used only on-device for the App UI and local database (such as SwiftUI/UIKit and SwiftData) do not send your farm records to a PigFarm Assistant server. Farm records leave the device only when you share exports, when required by platform services you use, or when you use the optional AI assistant as described above.
20. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the App, on our website, or on the App Store listing. Your continued use of PigFarm Assistant after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
