本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルアプリ「ルーレット」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリは WONDER ROOM（以下「運営者」）によって提供される、広告付きの無料サービスです（広告非表示の有料購入あり）。本アプリは現状のまま（「AS IS」）提供されます。

本アプリは、利用にあたり以下の情報を収集、または第三者サービスを通じて取得する場合があります。

本アプリは、GPS 等を用いた正確な位置情報を収集しません。
本アプリは、マイクによる音声の録音・収集を行いません。
以下のデータは、主にお使いの端末内に保存されます。運営者のサーバーには直接アップロードされません。
作成・保存したルーレットの内容（項目名、重み、色など）
ルーレットの抽選履歴
アプリの設定（抽選時間、BGM/効果音、ダークモード、タップ操作の設定など）
お気に入り・ピン留め等のルーレット管理情報
広告非表示（プレミアム）購入の有効状態
広告の一時停止状態
ルーレットの回転回数・作成回数（レビュー依頼・広告表示の制御に使用）
初回起動・オンボーディングの完了状態
本アプリには、アカウント登録機能はありません。運営者は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などをアプリ内でお伺いすることはありません（お問い合わせメールを送っていただく場合を除く）。
収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

利用状況の分析（どの機能が使われているか等）
広告の表示および広告効果の測定
不具合・クラッシュの調査と修正

アプリ内課金の決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）は Google Play が処理し、運営者が直接受け取ることはありません。
運営者は、法令に基づく開示請求、権利保護・安全確保・不正調査、または信頼できる業務委託先への提供が必要な場合に、情報を開示することがあります。
端末内データ：本アプリを利用している間、端末内に保持されます。アンインストールにより、原則として削除されます。
第三者サービス上のデータ：各サービスのポリシーに従い、Google 等が一定期間保持します。
お問い合わせメール：対応に必要な期間保持した後、削除します。
端末内データの削除を希望される場合は、アプリをアンインストールしてください。第三者サービスに関する削除・開示のご要望は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応します。
本アプリ全体：端末から本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによる情報の収集を停止できます。
パーソナライズド広告：端末の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」から、広告のカスタマイズを制限できます。
広告 ID：Android の設定から広告 ID をリセット、またはパーソナライズド広告をオプトアウトできます。
本アプリ単体で Firebase Analytics の収集を完全にオフにする設定画面は現時点では提供していません。分析データの取り扱いについてご不明な点は、お問い合わせください。
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。運営者は、13 歳未満の方から故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。13 歳未満のお子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除するよう努めます。保護者の方で該当する場合は、pierretmks@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
運営者は、取り扱う情報の機密性を保護するため、合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット経由の送信や電子保存の方法に完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリが利用する Google のサービスは、米国をはじめ運営者所在国以外のサーバーでデータを処理する場合があります。利用により、当該移転に同意したものとみなします。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後は本ページに掲載し、掲載時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知等でお知らせする場合があります。継続してご利用いただくことで、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

When you download and use the Application, we and our third-party partners may collect:

The Application does not collect precise geolocation data.
The Application does not record or collect audio via the microphone.
The following data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to the Service Provider's servers:
Roulette content you create (item names, weights, colors, etc.)
Spin history
App settings (spin duration, BGM/SFX, dark mode, tap controls, etc.)
Favorites, pins, and other roulette management data

Spin and creation counts (used for review prompts and ad frequency)

The Application has no account registration. The Service Provider does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or phone number within the Application (except when you voluntarily contact us by email).

Detect and fix crashes and bugs

Payment details for in-app purchases are processed by Google Play; the Service Provider does not receive your credit card information.
On-device data: Retained while you use the Application and generally removed when you uninstall.
Third-party data: Retained according to each provider's policies.
Support emails: Retained as needed, then deleted.

Uninstall the Application to stop collection by the Application.
Personalized ads: Adjust settings under Google → Ads on your device.
Reset advertising ID via your device settings.
The Application does not currently offer an in-app toggle to disable Firebase Analytics.
The Application is not directed to children under 13. Contact pierretmks@gmail.com if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information.
The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data may be processed on servers outside your country through Google services. By using the Application, you consent to such transfers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
