Welcome!

I am CNRS Researcher in Space Plasma/Plasma Physics at the Laboratoire Lagrange (Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur, CNRS, UCA, Nice, France) and at the Laboratoire de Physique et de Chimie de l'Environnement et de l'Espace (LPC2E, CNRS, Univ. Orléans, CNES, Orléans, France).

My research interests concern the kinetic and nonlinear dynamics of collisionless plasmas and their applications to space plasmas, in the context of solar system exploration. I am involved in various space plasma related exploratory missions associated to both Sun-Planets interactions and planetology (CLUSTER, Rosetta, BepiColombo, JUICE, Comet Interceptor). I tackle those be means of both HPC numerical simulations and in situ space measurements, as responsible for various plasma experiments on board those space missions (see details here). I recently led the ANR JCJC SPECTRA, a research project dedicated to cometary plasma studies and the modeling of mutual impedance experiments, and of other research projects funded by labex ESEP, CNES and ESA.

  • Space instrumentation and in situ observations : electric field sensors (mutual impedance experiments),

  • Space modeling: fluid and kinetic numerical simulations of collisionless plasmas (Two-fluid, FLR Landau fluid, Hybrid Vlasov, Full PIC, Vlasov).
