1. Introduction

GrayRing Media LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Piece & Quiet.

2. Information We Collect

Anonymous User ID: A randomly generated identifier created on first launch. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.

Username: A display name you choose during onboarding, used only on the leaderboard.

Game Progress: Puzzles completed, pieces earned, streaks, and similar gameplay data — stored locally and optionally synced to Firebase under your anonymous ID.

Device Info: General device type and OS info may be collected by our advertising partners.

3. Your Photos

If you create photo puzzles, your photos are processed entirely on your device. We NEVER upload, transmit, or store your personal photos on our servers or any third-party servers. Photo data remains exclusively on your local device.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect: your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, precise location, contact lists, or browsing history outside the App.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and maintain the App and leaderboard; save your game progress; deliver in-app advertising; and analyze aggregate (non-personal) usage patterns to improve the App.

6. Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google LLC): Used for leaderboard and anonymous game-state sync. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Google AdMob: Used for in-app advertising. May collect device identifiers for ad targeting. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of personalized ads through your device's advertising settings.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous game data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at GrayRingMedia@gmail.com. Local device data can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at GrayRingMedia@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
