If you want maximum battery life and a customizable sound profile for intense movement, choose Picun NC60; if you need seamless multi-device switching and a sustainable build for office-to-court transitions, choose Belkin SoundForm Surround.
• Picun NC60: Delivers an industry-leading 80-hour playtime and app-based EQ tuning, but its over-ear design is bulkier than true clip-on styles often preferred for sports.
• Belkin SoundForm Surround: Offers effortless Bluetooth multipoint connectivity for switching between devices and uses recycled materials, yet provides slightly less battery endurance at 60 hours.
• The Verdict: The Picun is the powerhouse for long sessions where sound personalization matters, while the Belkin is the pragmatic choice for hybrid work-and-play lifestyles.
The Picun NC60 is engineered for users who refuse to compromise on audio fidelity or endurance. At its core, this headphone is a travel and home companion that doubles as a serious listening tool. With a stated average battery life of 80 hours, it eliminates the anxiety of charging before a long trip or a marathon workout session. The inclusion of Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode gives you control over your environment, allowing you to block out gym noise or stay aware of traffic when running outside.
For the audiophile who wants their music to sound exactly right, the Picun offers a distinct advantage through its Custom EQ via App feature. This allows you to tweak the frequency response to match your specific hearing preferences or the genre you are listening to. Whether you are pumping up the bass for a high-energy playlist or dialing back the treble for a podcast, the ability to adjust the sound signature is a significant benefit. The hardware itself is robust, utilizing ABS plastic and metal components to ensure durability, with a foldable design that makes it easy to stow in a bag.

However, potential buyers must consider the form factor. These are over-ear headphones with circle earpiece shapes designed for comfort during extended wear. While they include soft padding, they do not clip onto the ear like specialized sports buds. If you are looking specifically for bluetooth clip on earbuds for basketball, this might feel too bulky. That said, for those seeking the best in ear headphones for basketball that offer deep immersion and heavy bass without falling out, the secure fit of the over-ear cup combined with the low latency mode ensures your audio stays synchronized with your movements. It is ideal for the listener who prioritizes long battery life and sound customization over ultra-lightweight portability.
The Belkin SoundForm Surround positions itself as the versatile companion for modern professionals and commuters who juggle multiple digital lives. Its standout feature is the True Wireless Bluetooth 5.4 connection with Multipoint technology. This capability allows you to connect two devices simultaneously—say, your laptop for a conference call and your phone for music—and switch between them seamlessly without disconnecting. This is a game-changer for anyone moving from a desk job to a casual listening session on the go.
Comfort is another pillar of the Belkin experience. The manufacturer has designed pillowy soft ear cups using a combination of fabric and foam, which aims to provide all-day wearability. The headband is adjustable to fit various head sizes, and the overall construction incorporates recycled materials, appealing to those who value sustainability alongside performance. The 40mm dynamic drivers deliver what Belkin calls "Signature Sound," offering a balanced audio profile suitable for podcasts, music, and calls alike. The built-in microphone features advanced environmental noise cancellation (ENC), ensuring that your voice comes through clearly even in noisy environments.
This model is particularly well-suited for users who spend time in transition zones—moving from the office to the gym or the commute. The foldable design keeps the footprint small, and the 33-foot wireless range ensures stability whether you are walking across a room or heading out for a run. However, the trade-off is the battery life; while 60 hours is impressive, it falls short of the Picun's 80-hour capacity. If your priority is absolute endurance for week-long trips without a charger, you might find the Belkin's battery slightly limiting compared to its competitor. It is best for the user who values connectivity flexibility and eco-conscious design above raw battery longevity.

• Best for Travel Comfort → Tie: Both offer foldable designs and over-ear comfort, though the Picun includes a dedicated low latency mode for video sync.
• Best for Sports Specifics → Picun NC60: While neither is a clip-on earbud, the Picun's transparency mode and low latency make it more adaptable for active use scenarios like headphones for basketball.
After weighing the specifications and intended use cases, I would personally buy the Picun NC60 for my needs. The primary reason is the sheer utility of the 80-hour battery life combined with the app-controlled EQ. When I am planning a long day or a trip, knowing I don't need to hunt for a charger is a massive relief. Furthermore, the ability to customize the sound profile means I can tune the bass for high-intensity activities, such as playing basketball, without sacrificing clarity. While the Belkin is a strong contender for office workers needing dual-device pairing, the Picun offers a more flexible and powerful audio experience for someone who wants to control every aspect of their listening.
Neither data sheet specifies an IP rating for water or sweat resistance. You should assume they are not designed for heavy rain or submersion, so treat them with care during intense workouts.
Yes, both models support wired usage. The Picun NC60 includes a 3.5mm audio cable, and the Belkin SoundForm Surround also comes with a 3.5mm AUX cable and a USB-C charging/audio cable.
The Belkin SoundForm Surround explicitly mentions Advanced Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for its microphone, which is specifically designed to isolate voice from background noise during calls.
No, the basic functions work without an app, but you will need the Picun app to access the Custom EQ features and potentially update firmware settings.
