1. Introduction

These Legal Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity) and Picora, governing your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set forth herein. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will provide advance notice of any scheduled changes to the Services. Modified terms will take effect upon posting or as notified via email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Minors

Picora’s mission is to empower creativity through advanced AI technology that transforms static images into dynamic videos. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and positive environment where users can explore their creative potential.
We have built a digital space that respects your privacy and safety. However, we acknowledge that AI technology can be misused. We take a firm stance against the creation of harmful, explicit, or non-consensual content and will take appropriate action against misuse in line with these guidelines and our company values.
These guidelines define permitted and prohibited activities on our platform, fostering a respectful and innovative community. User safety and trust are our top priorities. We use advanced content detection, human moderation, and user reporting to proactively identify and remove non-compliant content. We encourage all users to report content or behavior that may violate these guidelines.
4. Safety: Prohibited Content & Behavior
To ensure a secure community environment, we strictly prohibit content that promotes harmful or dangerous behavior. Our rules are designed to mitigate risks, with a special emphasis on preventing sexually explicit content and protecting vulnerable individuals.
Adult & Sexually Explicit Content: It is strictly prohibited to use our AI to generate, upload, or process sexually explicit content or nudity.
Content Involving Minors: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content depicting, representing, or implying minors, regardless of the source image.
Violent and Hateful Conduct: Content that threatens, incites, or promotes violence or hatred based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, religion, gender) is prohibited.
Bullying & Harassment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying and harassment.
Suicide & Self-Harm: Content that glorifies, promotes, or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm is not allowed.
Illegal or Criminal Activities: Content that facilitates or promotes criminal activities is prohibited.
5. Content Moderation Policy
By uploading images to Picora, you grant us the right to analyze content to ensure compliance with these guidelines. All uploaded images and AI-generated videos are subject to review by automated systems and human moderators. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed immediately. Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, or, in serious cases, reporting to legal authorities.
5.1 Our Services
The Services are not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would violate applicable laws. Users accessing the Services from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If your use would be subject to such laws, you are not permitted to use the Services.
5.2 Intellectual Property Rights

You are solely responsible for all images uploaded and videos generated through our platform. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to use Picora in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
