Generally, partners aren't obligated to submit content. But, partners that are non-Picky+ Members usually have a 1 year contract to submit and have X amount of approved videos on Picky+ that meet video standard policies in order to have access to Picky+ for free.
If you resubmit a submission that was previously denied, it may result in a Community Guidelines violation regarding spam. Though, if we denied your submission and told you to change, fix, or remove something from your video in order for it to be acceptable under Content Guidelines, you may resubmit with context if you changed, fixed, or removed that violation.
If you attempt to resubmit content that was once on Picky+ and was removed, we will deny your submission. If you have revised your content to abide the policies, it may be accepted and approved to be put back on the site.
