How can I continue using Picky+ on affected devices?
If you’re using Apple TV 3rd generation, you can view Picky+ by updating your to the latest software:
Select Settings.
Select General > Software updates.
Select Update Software.
If there's an update available, click Download and Install.
If you’re using an Apple TV 2nd generation or older, there’s currently no way to use Picky+ on these devices.
If your Smart TV or game console has a web browser that supports HTML5, you may be able to continue using Picky+ by visiting pickyplus.com in your browser.
If you’re using Roku 3 or Roku Streaming Stick, make sure you are on the latest software and that your browser is also on the latest update.
If you are unable to visit Picky+ on your browser, make sure you have the latest browser version.
(If visiting Picky+ and see text and/or formatting issues, this does not mean you have an unsupported device. This is just how your device depending on its screen size or resolution displays Picky+.)
If you can't update your browser app, your version of Android OS / iOS no longer supports the newer version. To get the latest Android / iOS Picky+, update to the latest Android OS / iOS.
