brokespace built Pickter as a privacy-focused application for reviewing and organizing photos stored on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses and handles information.
Pickter does not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share your personal information.
The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect information such as your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage activity, or advertising information.
The App requests access to your device’s photo library so that you can review photos and choose which photos to keep or delete.
Your photos and videos are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, transmitted to us, or shared with third parties.
You can change or revoke the App’s access to your photo library at any time through your device’s privacy settings.
Your keep and delete selections are handled locally on your device. We do not receive or maintain a record of the photos you review or the choices you make.
When you choose to delete a photo, the deletion is handled by Apple’s operating system. Deleted photos may remain available in the Recently Deleted album for a period of time and may also be affected by your iCloud Photos settings. You can manage or permanently delete these photos through Apple’s Photos app.
The App may store limited preferences or progress information locally on your device to provide its features. This locally stored information is not transmitted to us.
Removing the App may delete information stored by the App, but it will not automatically delete photos remaining in your photo library.
The App does not use:
Third-party analytics services
Advertising services
Tracking technologies
Cookies
Cross-app or cross-website tracking
Because the App does not collect or transmit your information, we do not sell, rent, disclose, or share your information with third parties.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
The App is designed to keep photo processing on your device. Although no method of electronic storage is completely secure, limiting processing to your device reduces the need to transmit or remotely store your photos.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple Account.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or privacy practices change. Any updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
If a future version of the App begins collecting or transmitting information, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before or when those changes take effect.
