PickSticks is developed and published by amati.atlas. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game, including what information may be collected, why it is used, and the privacy choices available to you.
PickSticks stores limited game information locally on your device, including:
High scores and game progress;
Daily Challenge progress;
Number of games played and game results;
Classic Mode wins and losses;
Music, sound, vibration, and other game preferences;
Advertising frequency information, such as when an advertisement was last displayed.
This information is used only to provide game functionality, maintain game progress, apply advertising frequency limits, and remember your preferences. It is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by us.
You can delete this locally stored information by clearing the App’s data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
PickSticks uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect, process, or share information such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate a device’s general location;
App interactions, including app launches, taps, gameplay-related events, and advertisement views;
Diagnostic and performance information;
Device and advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID.
Google may use this information to provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, limit advertisement frequency, and prevent fraud and abuse.
Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
We do not directly receive information that identifies you by name, email address, phone number, or postal address through the App.

PickSticks may offer optional rewarded advertisements.
If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, you may receive a clearly described in-game benefit, such as an additional life in Classic Mode.
Choosing not to watch a rewarded advertisement does not prevent access to the game’s basic functionality.
Rewards are granted for watching or completing an eligible advertisement, not for clicking the advertisement or interacting with the advertiser’s content.
PickSticks may display interstitial advertisements at natural transition points, such as after a completed game and before the game result screen.
Interstitial advertisements do not provide an in-game reward.
PickSticks applies internal frequency limits intended to prevent interstitial advertisements from being displayed excessively or during active gameplay.
Depending on your location, PickSticks may request your consent before loading personalized advertisements or allowing advertising technologies to access or store information on your device.
Where required, you may be offered options such as:
Consent to personalized advertising;
Receive non-personalized or limited advertisements;
Manage or withdraw previously provided advertising consent.
Withdrawing consent does not necessarily remove all advertisements. Where available, the App may continue to display non-personalized or limited advertisements.
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to:
Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID;
Manage personalized advertising through your Google account or device settings;
Withdraw or change advertising consent where applicable;
Clear locally stored game data through Android settings;
Uninstall the App to remove locally stored information.
PickSticks is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed or shared by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, analytics, advertisement measurement, frequency limitation, and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in Google’s policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
Game progress, results, preferences, and advertising frequency information remain stored locally until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it.
Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own privacy and retention policies. We do not control Google’s specific retention periods.
PickSticks does not require users to create an account, and we do not maintain user accounts or associated account data.
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App.
Locally stored information is protected by your device’s operating system. Information transmitted by Google’s advertising services is encrypted in transit.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google may process information on servers located outside your country of residence. Such processing is governed by Google’s privacy practices and applicable data-protection requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, advertising practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
