Wilson Sim ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pickiz mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Pickiz.

Pickiz can be used without creating an account.
Users may optionally sign in to enable features such as:

Synchronization across devices
Account recovery
When users sign in, Pickiz uses Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts.
Depending on the authentication method used, we may process:

Display name
Profile photo (if provided by the authentication provider)
Unique user identifier provided by Firebase Authentication
Pickiz does not store passwords or authentication credentials. Authentication information is securely managed by Firebase Authentication.
Pickiz allows users to create and save content, including:
Wheel names
Wheel options and choices
Custom lists
Saved restaurant or place information
Content is stored locally on your device by default.
If you choose to sign in, your created content may be stored using Firebase Firestore to provide:
Data backup
Synchronization across devices
Data recovery when changing devices
Pickiz may access your device location to provide location-based features, such as finding nearby restaurants.
Location information may include:
Precise location
Approximate location
Location access is only used to provide restaurant search functionality and improve search results.
You may disable location access at any time through your device settings. Some location-based features may not function without location permission.
Pickiz may automatically collect certain information through third-party services, including:

Your information may be processed by trusted service providers that help us operate Pickiz, including:

When a deletion request is received and verified:
Firebase Authentication account information will be deleted.
User-created data stored in Firebase Firestore, including saved wheel data and saved restaurant/place information, will be deleted where applicable.
Cloud backup and synchronization features will no longer be available.
Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
Pickiz is intended for a general audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
