Join a group of Paxton, Massachusetts, residents committed to cleaning up trash and litter from our town and keeping Paxton litter-free and beautiful!
Step 1: Choose an area of town!
Be sure to complete the volunteer form.
Step 2: Pick up trash!
The cleanup dates are April 22 through TBD, but any day is a great day to pick up trash.
Be sure to wear gloves and be safe - watch for cars and hazardous materials and broken glass.
Step 3: Dispose of the trash!
Bring the trash to the dumpster at TBD.
Please note: the dumpster is for bagged trash collected during the cleanup!
Step 4: Spread the word!
Tell you friends and post a picture of your crew to social media with the cleanup hashtags:

Residents can bring collected litter to the dumpster - do not drop off hazardous materials or prohibited items (see below) - from Tuesday, April 22 (Earth Day) through TBD..
Dumpster is for the trash and litter collected during the cleanup, not for personal use.
No hazardous materials (gasoline, motor oils, propane tanks, flammable liquids, oil-based paints, car or motorcycle batteries, antifreeze)
No cement, brick, stone, dirt.
No yard waste – grass, trees, leaves, bushes etc.
No appliances or electronics.
No box springs, mattresses.
No tires.
No power equipment/yard tools.
Do not overload dumpster - nothing over the top.
Please follow the guidelines - this is a donated dumpster and a volunteer-run event.
