Terms of Service for PicDate

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PicDate mobile application (“App”) operated by PicDate (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

PicDate allows users to:

• Select photos from their device

• Add date or timestamp overlays to images

• Save edited images to their device

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Accounts

The App does not require user accounts.

You are responsible for how you use the App on your device.

3. User Content

All photos you use in the App remain your property.

• We do not access, store, or upload your photos

• All processing is done locally on your device

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features via subscriptions or one-time purchases.

• Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

We do not handle or store your payment information.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

• You may be granted access to premium features for a limited time

• After the trial ends, subscription charges may apply unless canceled

Details of trial duration and pricing are shown in the App before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user photos), is owned by PicDate.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• The results will always meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

PicDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of the App

• Loss of data or images

• Inability to use the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
