Pic Cut provides tools for:
Selecting and editing photos
Creating image layouts and designs
Exporting and sharing edited content
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the app for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Interfere with app functionality or security
You retain full ownership of any images or content you use in Pic Cut.
However, you are responsible for ensuring that:
You have the right to use any images you upload
Your content does not violate copyright or third-party rights
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Pic Cut offers optional subscription services.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscription prices may vary by region
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
If a free trial is offered, unused portions will be forfeited upon purchase
All purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple
We do not have the ability to grant refunds
Apple may request limited subscription usage data to process refunds, in accordance with App Store policies.
All rights related to Pic Cut, including:
App design
UI elements
Features
are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without permission.
Pic Cut may rely on third-party services such as:
Apple frameworks
Analytics tools
These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Pic Cut is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee that:
The app will be error-free
The app will always be available
All features will function without interruption
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the app
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted within the app or App Store
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms
