I have recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at Galgotias University. During my studies, I have developed a passion for evidence-based practice and manual therapy. I have had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through Practicing at Yatharth Hospital, Park hospital and IAMD (Solan).
My interests in physiotherapy extend beyond just clinical practice, I also engaged in various research projects h and am always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. My area of interest includes mental health, virtual reality, post-Op knee osteoarthritis, and robotics in physiotherapy. I am committed to continuing my education and expanding my knowledge in these areas.
In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am also Volunteer and Content-editor of Physio-pedia and founder of 'Physio Educare', an initiative that aims to educate and spread awareness about physiotherapy and its benefits to the general public. I believe in the power of education to change lives and my goal is to empower people to take control of their own physical well-being."
