Moderated E-Poster session Guidelines
(This is not for Physical Poster, but those selected for moderated e-poster Presentation)
The poster should be a clear visual presentation of your research work and should meet the following criteria:
E - Poster Presentation format
Poster must be submitted in PDF format/PPT format.
Make sure that you do not exceed the limit of 1 PPT/PDF slide for your E-Poster.
Your E poster will be allotted an E –POS Number.
You will have to present during the session slot allotted.
You will be allotted a 7 min slot in the scientific session including Q/A time.
Do practice the presentation and avoid reading from the slide.
Submit your e-posters on time
All e – posters should be uploaded to https://forms.gle/rJQabUHkJv84L62s5 on or before 23/03/2022 [Wednesday Morning 10 a.m]
The abstract of your work and your contact details may be hosted in the public domain related to the conference for a specific time period. Any disagreements should be informed to the committee coordinators.
Acceptance of final E - Poster presentation at Venue is conditional to the presenting author registering for the conference.

Tips for E – Poster presentation
The top of the Poster should display, Title of your Paper, Name of the author, and Affiliation.
References can be provided as QR Code.
Make sure there is enough contrast between the color of the text and the poster’s background.
Make sure that the specific sections (such as the background, methods, results, and conclusions) are easy to locate in the poster
Try to keep the text easy to read and concise. The poster should have a clear message, a logical layout and be easy to comprehend
Avoid the use of full sentences and rather use short text in bullet point format.
