The objective of this study was to determine the effects of community-based exercises delivered tofemale population with prediabetes and their health-related quality of life as compared to the usual care group.

Results
Fifty-seven female individuals with prediabetes were included. Comparison of the quality of life in Pre-Intervention between the two groups shows that Pre-Intervention is higher in Control group with a t value of -1.809 and is statistically non significant with a p value of 0.076 and Comparison of the Post-intervention quality of life between the two groups shows that Post-intervention is higher in Intervention group with a t value of 0.932 and is statistically non significant with a p value of 0.355. Comparing the Difference in scores between the two groups shows that Difference in scores is higher in Intervention group with a t value of 9.679 and is statistically significant with a p value of <0.001.
Conclusion
Lifestyle intervention is an efficacious, safe, and cost-effective measure to reduce the risk of progression to type 2 diabetes in people diagnosed with prediabetes.
