Abstract
None of the study has been done on floriculture much where the workers experience dyspnoea & acute low back pain when they get exposed for long span.
Objective

To reduce musculoskeletal disorders & improve the QOL and enhance better work efficiency.
Study design: Quasi experimental study, 30 labours 15 in each group, Study duration of 6 weeks with all age except below 20 aged. People were asked to answer a questionnaire modified from the Standard Nordic Questionnaire. VAS and ODI scale is used to evaluate the pre and post effect of physiotherapy. In group A McKenzie technique and group B Back strengthening. Breathing exercise were done in both groups.
Result: SPSS software was used for statistical analysis There is significant improvement in group A as compare to group B.Independent‘t’test was used to compare the pain and functional outcome. The calculated t value for vas score was 5.93 in group A. Based on ODI index the calculated t value was 4.345 in group B. significant reduction in dyspnoea in both groups as per MRC scale
Conclusion:Significant effect of Mackenzie techniques than core strengthening exercises in group A. There was significant effect of breathing exercises in both the group on dyspnoea.
