Physics Sphere respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information handled through the application. This Privacy Policy explains what information Physics Sphere may access, collect, use, store, and share when you use the application and its features.
By using Physics Sphere, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Physics Sphere is an educational application designed for Physics learning, MCQ practice, revision, quizzes, and related educational resources.
The application is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and to keep information locally on the device where reasonably possible.
Some features may require information to be processed by online services such as Firebase, Google services, or other third-party services used to provide specific functionality.
Depending on the features you use, Physics Sphere may handle the following types of information:
Firebase account information
Google Account information when you voluntarily link or sign in with Google
An anonymous Firebase user identifier when an anonymous account is created
Optional display or Scholar name provided by the user
Learning progress and quiz-related information
Application preferences and settings
Information voluntarily submitted through support or mistake-reporting features
Information included in optional images or problem-solving requests
Information necessary to provide selected search, AI, or other online features
Purchase and premium-entitlement information provided through Google Play Billing
Physics Sphere does not intentionally request sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the application's educational functionality.
Some application information is stored directly on your device.
This may include:
Quiz and learning progress
Completed questions or sets
Application preferences
Selected settings
Other information required for normal application functionality
Information stored locally is not automatically transmitted to Physics Sphere simply because it exists on your device.
Local information generally remains on your device until it is cleared, replaced, or removed through actions such as clearing application data or uninstalling the application.
Physics Sphere may use Firebase services to provide account-related and online functionality.
When an account is created or used, Firebase may process information necessary to maintain that account and provide the relevant application functionality.
Physics Sphere may use an anonymous Firebase account so that application functionality can operate without requiring the user to immediately provide identifying information.
If you voluntarily link an anonymous Firebase account with a Google Account, the existing Firebase account identity may be preserved through Firebase's account-linking mechanism.
Google Account linking is optional.
When you choose to link a Google Account, information required by Google and Firebase to authenticate and maintain the linked account may be processed.
Physics Sphere does not use Google Account linking as a requirement for basic use of the application unless a particular feature specifically requires an account.
Linking a Google Account does not automatically mean that locally stored learning progress is synchronized to another device.
Physics Sphere may store learning-related information so that the application can provide features such as:
Quiz progress
Completed questions or sets
Learning statistics
Premium feature status
Application preferences
Other educational progress information
Where this information is stored locally, it remains on the user's device unless the application provides a specific synchronization or online-storage feature.
Some features may allow users to voluntarily provide information, such as:
A display or Scholar name
Support messages
Mistake reports
Feedback
Text entered into optional educational tools
Images submitted to optional problem-solving features
Users should avoid submitting passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through these features.
Information voluntarily submitted to an external service may be processed by that service according to its own applicable privacy policy and terms.
Physics Sphere may provide optional features that use external AI, search, or problem-solving services.
When you choose to use such a feature, the information necessary to process your request may be transmitted to the relevant service.
Users should avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in requests submitted to these services.
The use of an external service does not mean that Physics Sphere intentionally collects unrelated personal information from the user.
Information handled by Physics Sphere may be used to:
Provide and maintain application functionality
Maintain user accounts
Provide learning and quiz features
Save or display learning progress
Provide premium features
Process optional support or feedback requests
Provide optional AI, search, or problem-solving functionality
Detect, investigate, and address technical problems
Protect the security and integrity of the application
Comply with applicable legal requirements
We do not intentionally collect information that is unnecessary for these purposes.
Physics Sphere may use third-party services to provide specific application functionality.
These may include services such as:
Firebase
Google services
Google Play Billing
AI or search providers used by optional features
These providers may process information necessary to provide their services.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Users should review the applicable policies of those services when using features that depend on them.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Physics Sphere.
Local information is protected using security mechanisms provided by Android and the application's architecture.
Information transmitted to supported online services is sent using secure communication mechanisms provided by those services.
However, no electronic storage system, application, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into optional fields, support messages, reports, images, or external services.
Learning progress and application information stored locally generally remains on your device until you:
Clear or reset the application's data
Uninstall the application
Use an applicable Android or device-management function that removes the data
The application otherwise clears or replaces the relevant information
Information associated with a Physics Sphere account may be stored through Firebase or other supported third-party services.
When an account deletion request is completed, Physics Sphere will delete the account information and associated user data that it controls, subject to information that may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.
Where third-party service providers process information on our behalf, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion where applicable.
Physics Sphere is an educational application intended for general educational use.
We do not intentionally request personal information from children for purposes unrelated to providing the application's functionality.
Users should not voluntarily submit sensitive personal information through support messages, mistake reports, problem-solving features, searches, or other optional text fields.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Physics Sphere inappropriately, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.
Depending on the features available in the application, you may:
Use Physics Sphere without linking a Google Account
Voluntarily link a Google Account
Choose whether to provide an optional display or Scholar name
Disable notifications
Choose whether to use optional problem-solving or search features
Choose whether to submit mistake reports
Choose whether to send support messages
Avoid including unnecessary personal information in external services
Clear locally stored application data through Android settings
Request deletion of your Physics Sphere account
Uninstall the application
When an anonymous Firebase account is linked to a Google Account through Firebase's account-linking mechanism, the existing Firebase user identity is preserved rather than creating a replacement Firebase identity.
Google Account linking is intended to provide an optional way to associate the user's existing Physics Sphere identity with a Google Account.
Linking a Google Account does not automatically mean that locally stored quiz progress or Scholar Points are transferred to another device.
Local learning information remains subject to the application's local-storage architecture unless Physics Sphere separately provides a synchronization feature.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Physics Sphere's functionality, data practices, or applicable requirements change.
When material changes are made, the Last Updated date will be updated.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Physics Sphere is designed to minimize unnecessary data handling and to keep learning progress and application state local where reasonably possible.
We do not intentionally collect information that is unnecessary for the application's functionality.
Where a feature requires information to be transmitted to Firebase, Google, an AI service, a search service, or another third-party provider, the relevant information is handled as reasonably necessary to provide that feature.
The information handled by each feature may depend on how the user chooses to use the application.
Physics Sphere uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and premium feature entitlements.
Physics Sphere does not directly receive or process the user's payment card or other payment credentials used to complete purchases through Google Play.
Purchase processing is handled through Google Play and is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Refund and cancellation requests may be submitted through the applicable Google Play refund and purchase-management processes.
For questions concerning premium access or an application-related purchase issue, users may also contact Physics Sphere using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account through the account deletion option provided in the app.
If you cannot access the app or prefer to submit a deletion request through the web, you can use our support and account deletion form:
Physics Sphere Support & Account Deletion
When submitting the form, select “Request Account & Data Deletion” and provide the requested information so we can process your request.
Where applicable, we will delete the account and associated personal data that we control, except information that we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate regulatory purposes.
