We manage orders in a centralized mechanism. All orders will be controlled and delivered at the headquarters. When receiving orders from customers. We will divide into 3 steps in procedure:

At the head office, we have more than 30 experienced technical staff who will prepare the raw materials for the hair ventilation step such as: base production, hair quantification, dyeing, curling. This step is considered the most important stage affecting the quality of the final product. Therefore, we always strictly control to get good semi-finished products before sending them to the ventilated workers in other branches.

In order to optimize the cost of ventilation step, we open many branches in undeveloped provinces, where the labor costs are much cheaper than in the capital. In addition, it will be easy for us to recruit workers in these areas. As a result, we can quickly expand ventilated staff when orders spike. Beside that, we also want to create jobs in areas where there are economic difficulties, and increase income for people.
In addition, we have more than 50 skilled workers as collaborators of the company. They are mostly the old employees of ours, who are currently doing their main job besides ventilating. These are skilled personnel and make the products very beautiful.
We have a team of experts who will go to the provinces to train workers for new techniques. Every new order we carry out training to ensure the best quality for final-products.

After the product is ventilated, it will be shipped to the head office, where we will carefully check techniques such as knotting, the density of the hair,.... Besides, we also have a team of experts with more than 15 years of experience who will edit the product even if there are small errors. Finally, the product will be finished such as cutting excess skin, sanding, even styling as required before packing the product to the customer.
Our current capacity is about 50,000pcs/year. However, they can expand production up to 20-30% if they receive sudden orders.
