These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Photo&Video Manager (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please cease use of the App immediately.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your compatible devices.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
You may not use the App for any unlawful activities or to infringe upon the intellectual property of others.
The App provides tools for media management, including but not limited to file compression, organization, and contact cleaning.
User Responsibility: Since all processing occurs locally on your device, we do not back up your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your photos, videos, and contacts.
No Recovery: We cannot recover any data you delete through the App, as we do not have access to your device’s storage or cloud servers.
Certain premium features may be offered via In-App Purchases (IAP) or subscriptions.
Billing: All transactions are processed via the Apple App Store. Payments are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You must manage your subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple; we do not have the authority to process refunds directly.
All rights, titles, and interests in the App (including UI design, logos, algorithms, and technical documentation) are the exclusive property of Photo&Video Manager. You may not use our branding or assets without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that the functions will meet your specific requirements, or that your device data will never be subject to accidental loss during the use of our tools.
In no event shall Photo&Video Manager be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, or profits arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App may display advertisements or links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or content. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.
