フォトリス（以下「本アプリ」）は、あなたのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本アプリの写真の分析・整理は、すべてあなたの iPhone の中だけで完結します。以下に、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。
本アプリは、写真・利用状況・分析データなどを自動的に収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、広告やトラッキング（追跡）も行いません。お問い合わせフォームを利用した場合のみ、あなたが入力した内容を開発者が受け取ります（詳細は「4. お問い合わせについて」をご覧ください）。
本アプリは、似ている写真の検出と整理という機能を提供するためだけに、iOS の写真ライブラリへアクセスします。写真の分析（類似判定など）はすべてあなたの端末内で行われ、あなたの写真が端末の外に送信されることは一切ありません。
写真の削除は、あなたが操作したときにのみ実行されます。削除された写真は iOS 標準の「最近削除した項目」に移動し、一定期間（通常30日間）は写真アプリから復元できます。
写真の整理を助けるため、位置情報が記録された写真のグループには撮影地（都道府県・市区町村）を表示することがあります。この地名を求めるため、本アプリはおおよその位置（約1キロメートル単位に丸めた座標）のみを、Apple が提供する地名変換サービスに送信します。写真そのものや、正確な位置、その他の個人を特定できる情報を送信することはありません。取得した地名は端末内に保存し、以後は再送信しません。
アプリ内のお問い合わせフォームから送信された内容（お問い合わせ本文と、アプリのバージョン情報、端末の機種名・OSのバージョン）は、Google フォームを通じて開発者が受け取ります。お問い合わせ対応の目的にのみ使用します。送信は、あなたが送信ボタンを押したときにのみ行われます。いただいた内容はすべて確認していますが、個別の返信は行っておらず、改善や不具合の修正をお約束するものでもありません。フォームの送信に失敗した場合に限り、外部のフォーム（Google フォーム）をブラウザで開く代替手段を提供することがあります。その場合は Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
整理の統計（削除した枚数・空けた容量など）やアプリの設定は、あなたの iPhone の中にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が外部に送信されることはありません。本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

Photoris ("the App") is designed with your privacy as the top priority. All photo analysis and organization happen entirely on your iPhone. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App does not automatically collect your photos, usage data, analytics, or similar information. No account is required. The App contains no advertising and no tracking. Only if you use the contact form does the developer receive the content you choose to submit (see "4. Contact" below).
The App accesses your iOS photo library solely to provide its core function: detecting and organizing similar photos. All analysis (such as similarity detection) is performed on your device, and your photos are never sent off your device.
Photos are deleted only when you choose to delete them. Deleted photos are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album and can be restored from the Photos app for a limited time (typically 30 days).
To help you organize, the App may display the location (prefecture and city) for groups of photos that contain location data. To obtain this place name, the App sends only an approximate location (coordinates rounded to about one kilometer) to Apple's geocoding service. It never sends your actual photos, your precise location, or any other personally identifying information. The resulting place name is stored on your device and is not sent again.
Content submitted through the App's in-app contact form (your message, the app's version information, and your device model and OS version) is received by the developer via a Google Form. It is used solely for the purpose of reviewing your inquiry. Submission only happens when you tap the send button. Every message is read, but we do not send individual replies, and submissions do not guarantee any fix or improvement. If sending fails, the App may offer a fallback that opens an external form (a Google Form) in your browser; in that case, Google's privacy policy applies.
Organization statistics (such as the number of photos deleted and space freed) and app settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are never transmitted externally. Deleting the App also deletes this information.
The App does not sell or share any of your information with third parties.
Because the App does not collect personal information, it is safe for users of all ages.
This policy may be updated as needed. If there are significant changes, we will notify you via an app update or on this page.
