1. Collection of Face Data

1.1 What face data does our app collect?

Our app only analyzes facial features from user-uploaded images, such as the position of the face in the image and facial features like eyes, nose, mouth, and ears.

1.2 Purpose of collecting face data

We only use this facial data for our face-swapping effects. Whenever a user uses the face-swapping feature, they upload an image to our AWS S3 Bucket cloud server. We then analyze the facial data, extract facial features, and combine them with the user-selected template image using artificial intelligence to generate the final face-swapping effect. Once the effect is generated, the user-uploaded image is immediately deleted.

1.3 Sharing and storage of data

Except for us and our partner using this data to generate the effects, we do not share this data with any third parties. All user-selected historical avatars are stored on the user's local device, and our server does not store these historical avatars. Each time a user uses the face-swapping feature, they upload the specified avatar, which is temporarily stored on the AWS S3 Bucket cloud server. After the effect is generated, the user's avatar is immediately deleted.

1.4 How long will the facial data be retained?

This data is only temporarily stored on the cloud server. User-uploaded avatars are immediately deleted after generating the final effect, usually within 30 seconds. To prevent users from not saving the effect image in a timely manner, the final effect image is stored on the cloud server for one week. After one week, these effect images are also deleted.

When you use or access the Software and the Service, certain information about you may be automatically collected, including technical information such as device configurations, software and service versions, and anonymous user identifiers.

2.2 Information provided by you

When you use the face recognition function, you may grant us permission to access your camera and album to obtain facial photos from your mobile device. We use third-party SDKs to analyze the facial features data, recognize the position and shape of facial organs, gender, and race in the photos, and provide the processed photos, effect drawings, or conclusions to you. None of these will contain personally identifiable information. We do not store or share this data with any third parties.

2.3 Support-related information

If you contact us through our support section or via email, we may collect your email address, name, and any information you voluntarily provide in connection with the support request. This information is used solely to provide support services and is not linked to any other information collected from you.
