1. Use of the App
This App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the App or any of its content.
You may not use the App to create or share any illegal, harmful, infringing, or content that violates the rights of others.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interests in this application, including but not limited to design, interface, functionality, text, graphics, and trademarks, belong to [your developer/company name] or its licensors.
You retain ownership of any photos, collages, or artwork created within this app.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment policies.
Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
4. User Consent to Process Data Related to Refund Requests
In accordance with the App Store's refund policy, when a user initiates a refund request, our servers receive a notification from Apple (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST). In this case, we provide Apple with data related to the user's subscription to assist Apple in making a refund decision. Please note that the data provided is strictly limited to subscription-related consumption information and does not contain any personal or sensitive data. We are committed to complying with Apple's requirements and ensuring that all data processing activities fully comply with privacy laws and regulations. By using this application, you agree to transfer your subscription consumption data to Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policy for processing refund requests.
5. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the photos, collages, and any other materials you create or share.
You agree not to upload or distribute the following:
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Content containing nudity, violence, hate speech, or other prohibited content.
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimer
This application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that this application will always be error-free, secure, or available.
You use this application at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this application.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for using this application (if any).
