1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to overlay a reference photo on your camera view and capture photos for your own reference and enjoyment. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security
Resell or sublicense the App or its content
3. Camera and Photo Library Permissions
The App requires access to your device's camera to display the live camera view and capture photos, and access to your photo library to select a reference photo and save captured photos. These permissions are used solely for those purposes. You may revoke them at any time in your iOS Settings, though doing so will disable the related features.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for the reference photos you select and the photos you capture using the App. You must have the necessary rights to use any image you choose as a reference, and you agree not to use the App to create, capture, or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of the App are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the App.
Any images you provide or capture remain your own property. The developer claims no ownership over your reference photos or captured photos.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
The overlay or capture features will produce any particular result
The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.
8. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
