a) Camera Access
The App requests access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of displaying a live camera view while you take photos. The camera feed is processed on your device in real time and is not stored, transmitted, or shared with any third parties.
b) Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your photo library so you can select a reference photo to overlay on the camera view, and so you can save photos you capture. Selected reference images are used only on your device to create the overlay and are not uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any third parties.
c) Usage Data
We do not collect any personal usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data from your use of the App.
d) Personal Information
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information (such as name, email, or address) to use the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
The only data processed by the App is the live camera feed and any reference photo you choose, which are used exclusively to:
Display a live camera view
Overlay your selected reference photo with adjustable opacity so you can match a pose
Save the photos you capture to your device
This processing occurs entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools in the App.
4. Data Storage and Security
Since we do not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers. Reference images and camera data are held only in your device's memory during use. Photos you choose to save are stored in your device's photo library under your control.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require registration or personal data submission, making it safe for users of all ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly address the matter.
6. Permissions
The App requests the following iOS permissions:
Camera — Required to display the live camera view and capture photos. You will be prompted to grant this permission when you first use the camera feature. You may revoke it at any time in your iOS Settings.
Photo Library — Required to select a reference photo and to save captured photos. You will be prompted to grant this permission when you first use the relevant feature. You may revoke it at any time in your iOS Settings.
Without camera permission, the core functionality of the App will not be available. No other device permissions are requested.
7. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that would collect or process your personal information.
8. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. However, if you have any concerns, you are welcome to contact us.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
