■ 基本方針
本アプリは、ユーザー登録を行わず、開発者の独自サーバーへ個人情報を送信しません。ユーザーが作成・保存したデータは、原則として端末内にのみ保存されます。
■ 端末内に保存する情報
・アルバム(タイトル、表紙の項目、写真ごとの説明・撮影日・作業前/作業後のしるし、並べ方などの設定)
・アルバムに追加した写真(端末内の本アプリ専用の場所にコピーして保存します)
・お店・会社の情報(名前、担当者、電話番号、住所、ロゴ画像)と、自分で登録した定型文
・作成したPDFファイル(一時的に保存し、一定時間がたつと自動で削除します)
これらは本アプリ専用の領域に保存され、開発者は閲覧できません。
■ 写真の利用
端末の写真選択機能を使用し、ユーザーが選んだ写真だけを本アプリ内に保存します。写真の撮影日を表示するため、写真に記録された撮影日時(Exif)を読み取ります。写真を外部へ送信することはありません。
■ マイクの利用
写真の説明を声で入力するために、マイクを使用します。音声の認識には、端末の音声認識機能(Android標準の音声入力)を利用します。音声は、その音声認識機能の提供者(Google など)によって処理される場合があります。本アプリ独自のサーバーへ音声データを送信することはありません。
■ PDFの共有と印刷
ユーザーの操作により、作成したPDFをほかのアプリ(メール、LINE、ファイル保存など)で共有したり、印刷したりできます。共有先や印刷サービスでの取り扱いは、それぞれのアプリ・サービスの規約に従います。本アプリが自動でPDFを送信することはありません。
■ 広告について
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します(ホーム画面のみ)。広告の表示のため、Google および広告配信事業者が、広告識別子や端末・利用に関する情報を取得・利用することがあります。詳しくは Google のポリシー(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=ja)をご覧ください。
■ 外部送信・解析
本アプリは、開発者の独自サーバーへの送信、クラウド保存、アクセス解析ツールを使用しません(広告に必要な通信を除きます)。
■ 第三者提供
本アプリは、ユーザーが作成したアルバムや写真を、第三者へ販売・提供しません。
■ お客様などの情報について
アルバムに、お客様の名前・住所・車両の登録番号などを入力する場合は、ユーザーご自身の責任で、お客様の同意を得るなど適切に取り扱ってください。PDFを共有・印刷する前に、内容をご確認ください。
■ アルバムの内容の責任
ユーザーが作成・保存・共有するアルバムの内容(写真、説明など)の正確性や適切さは、ユーザー自身が確認するものとします。
■ 子どもの利用
本アプリは、主に仕事で使う大人の方を対象としています。
■ データの削除
アルバムは、ホーム画面の削除ボタンで削除できます。端末のアプリ設定から本アプリのデータを削除するか、アプリをアンインストールすると、保存されたアルバム・写真・お店の情報もすべて削除されます。
■ このポリシーの変更
必要に応じて、このポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から有効になります。

Photo Record Album Privacy Policy

■ Basic policy
This app does not require registration and does not send personal information to the developer's own servers. Data you create and save is, in principle, stored only on your device.
■ Information stored on your device
- Albums (titles, cover fields, captions, photo dates, "before/after" labels for each photo, and layout settings)
- Photos added to albums (copied into the app's private storage on your device)
- Your shop or company information (name, person in charge, phone number, address, logo image) and phrases you register
- PDF files you create (stored temporarily and deleted automatically after a while)
These are stored in the app's private storage, and the developer cannot view them.
■ Photos
The app uses the device's photo picker and saves only the photos you choose. To show the date a photo was taken, the app reads the date and time recorded in the photo (Exif). Photos are never sent outside the device by the app.
■ Microphone
The app uses the microphone so that you can enter captions by voice. Speech recognition is done by the device's speech recognition feature (Android's standard voice input). Your voice may be processed by the provider of that feature (such as Google). The app does not send voice data to its own servers.
■ Sharing and printing PDFs
When you choose to, you can share a PDF with other apps (email, messaging, file storage, etc.) or print it. How shared or printed data is handled is subject to the terms of those apps and services. The app never sends PDFs automatically.
■ Advertising
This app shows ads from Google AdMob (on the home screen only). To show ads, Google and ad partners may collect and use the advertising ID and information about your device and usage. For details, see Google's policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
■ External transmission and analytics
This app does not send data to the developer's own servers, does not use cloud storage, and does not use analytics tools (except for the communication needed for ads).
■ Disclosure to third parties
This app does not sell or provide the albums or photos you create to third parties.
■ Information about your customers
If you enter your customers' names, addresses, vehicle registration numbers, or similar information, please handle it appropriately and at your own responsibility, for example by obtaining your customers' consent. Please check the contents before sharing or printing a PDF.
■ Responsibility for album contents
You are responsible for checking the accuracy and appropriateness of the albums (photos, captions, etc.) you create, save, and share.
■ Children
This app is intended mainly for adults who use it for work.
■ Deleting data
You can delete an album with the delete button on the home screen. If you clear the app's data in the device settings or uninstall the app, all saved albums, photos, and shop information are deleted.
■ Changes to this policy
This policy may be changed as needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
