Photo Dance User Agreement
Thank you for choosing to use Photo Dance's AI generation services. Photo Dance is honored to provide you with these services. In order to ensure clarity regarding how the product works, data usage during your interactions, and related precautions, we have created this User Agreement. Please read the following terms carefully. By using this product, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all the contents outlined in this agreement.
1. Function Overview
Photo Dance utilizes AI technology to provide you with various functional services, including AI-generated image-to-video transformation, AI clothing changes, AI photo singing, voice simulations, and more. You can choose from different services based on your needs.
To continuously enhance user experience and meet the demand for more services, we are committed to developing new features and providing periodic updates or optimizations. While we strive to maintain stable services, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain services as permitted by applicable law. You may also choose to stop using our services at any time.
2. Content Upload Guarantee
2.1 Legal Rights of Uploaded Content
You guarantee that you have the legal rights to the content you upload (e.g., photos, videos), or you have obtained legal authorization from the relevant rights holders, and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, privacy rights, or portrait rights.
You agree not to use Photo Dance to generate or disseminate content that violates laws or infringes upon others’ legal rights, such as spreading rumors, defaming others, infringing on privacy, intellectual property rights, or distributing illegal content. Any resulting consequences or losses will be solely your responsibility.
2.2 Compliance of Submitted Content
By using Photo Dance, you agree to submit only content that you have the intellectual property rights to or have obtained legal authorization for, and which does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and privacy rights), or public order and morals. Should your submitted content infringe upon the rights of any third party, you will bear full legal responsibility.
3. Usage of Output Content
3.1 Legal Use of Output Content
You agree to use the output content generated by Photo Dance legally. You bear all risks and legal responsibilities arising from your use of the output content, including its legality, non-infringement of third-party rights, and any decisions made based on it. Photo Dance is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the use of the generated content.
3.2 Prohibited Actions
You are prohibited from using the output content to create, publish, or disseminate false information. If you need to publish or distribute content generated by Photo Dance, you must clearly indicate or mark it accordingly. You must not delete or modify the branding or logos added by Photo Dance in a misleading manner.
4. Intellectual Property and Legal Rights
4.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, the intellectual property rights and any other property rights (if any) of the generated content belong to the respective rights holder as specified by applicable law.
4.2 Non-Transfer of Rights
You understand and agree that the use of this service will not transfer any intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other legal rights to you unless explicitly agreed upon.
For clarity, if the images you upload and/or the content generated by this function contains material owned by Photo Dance or other third-party rights holders, the corresponding rights remain with Photo Dance or the original rights holders.

If a dispute arises, Photo Dance reserves the right to provide necessary information (e.g., user information, contact details, complaint-related content) to relevant parties or authorities to resolve the issue and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all involved.
You must ensure that the information, materials, and evidence provided during the complaint process are truthful, lawful, and valid.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
You agree that Photo Dance may collect, process, and use certain data, including but not limited to uploaded content and usage logs, in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be handled securely and only for purposes such as service improvement, feature optimization, and legal compliance.

7. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to use Photo Dance for:
Generating or distributing content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

Violations of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Photo Dance.
