Phonex Vocal Learner (the “App”) is designed to help users improve their pronunciation of Estonian vowels by providing personalized feedback based on pre-processed acoustic data. This data is derived from anonymized recordings previously collected through the Phonex Recorder app.
By using the App, you agree to:

Data We Use
The App does not collect new audio recordings or personal information. Instead, it uses:
Your age and gender provided during the initial setup to personalize feedback.
Pre-processed, anonymized acoustic data to analyze and compare your pronunciation.
How We Use Your Data
Your age and gender are used solely to match your pronunciation against relevant acoustic benchmarks, providing tailored feedback to improve your pronunciation skills.
We do not collect or store any new personal data through this App. The App only utilizes anonymized data sets securely stored and processed in compliance with data protection standards.
Since no new data is collected, there is no data retention policy needed. The App only interacts with pre-existing, anonymized data sets.
As the App does not collect new data, you retain full privacy. The App's analysis is performed in real-time and does not save any recordings or input data locally or on external servers.
No data is shared with third parties. The pre-processed data used for analysis remains securely within the application ecosystem.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document, and we will notify you of significant changes via the App. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
