Welcome to AI Phone Case Design Maker (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, how we collect it, how it is used, and how it is shared, particularly regarding our integration with third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.

We collect minimal data required to provide you with the core functionality of the App:
User Inputs (Text Prompts): The descriptive text you manually type into the App to define the phone case design you wish to generate.
Locally Stored Data: The generated images you actively choose to save to your local photo gallery.
We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect your name, physical address, phone number, or precise location data. We do not access, read, scan, upload, or modify your existing personal photos. The photo library permission is strictly used as a write-only function to save your generated mockups.
We collect your data strictly through your direct interaction within the App:
When you type a text prompt into the text field and press the "Generate" button.
We only process this prompt after you explicitly grant permission through our in-app AI Data Notice dialog, acknowledging our use of third-party AI providers.
The data collected (your text prompts) is used for a single, specific purpose:
To generate and render a customized, AI-driven phone case mockup based exactly on your descriptive input.
Your inputs are not used by us to profile you, target advertisements, or train our own independent machine-learning models.
To generate high-quality phone case designs from your text, the App must send your text prompts to external third-party AI services. We clearly identify these services to you within the App prior to data transmission.
Specifically, the text prompt you provide is securely transmitted to:
OpenAI, L.L.C. (OpenAI): Used strictly to creatively enhance and expand your short text prompt into a highly detailed visual description.
Replicate, Inc. & Black Forest Labs: Used strictly to render and generate the final image of the phone case based on the enhanced prompt.
Data Protection Confirmation: We confirm that we only share your text prompts with these specific third-party AI providers. No personally identifiable information (such as your device ID or IP address) is bundled with these prompts. We have verified that both OpenAI and Replicate employ strict data protection, security measures, and compliance standards that provide the same or equal protection of your data as mandated by applicable privacy laws. These providers do not use your individual API-submitted prompts to train their public foundational models.
For handling premium subscriptions and in-app purchases, we use a third-party service called RevenueCat. RevenueCat securely manages your purchase history and subscription status anonymously using a randomly generated App User ID. We do not process or store your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers); all financial transactions are securely handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
We value your trust in providing us with your text prompts. We use commercially acceptable means to protect it during transmission to our AI partners. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
