By downloading, accessing, or using PhoneCare+: Storage Manager (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides tools to help you manage device storage and organize content (for example, identifying large items, duplicates, or media categories).
You remain in control: deletion or changes occur only when you confirm actions in the App and iOS system dialogs.
Some features require iOS permissions (e.g., Photos). If you deny a permission, related features may not work. You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
You agree to:
use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Apple’s rules
review content before deleting; you are responsible for confirming actions
maintain backups as needed (we recommend iCloud or iTunes/Finder backups)
You may not:
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
interfere with the App’s operation or attempt unauthorized access
use the App for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage/cancel in: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription (as applicable).

The App may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use may be governed by their terms and policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:
the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
results (e.g., “cleaning suggestions”) will meet all expectations
deleting content can always be reversed (depending on your device settings and iOS behavior)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phonecare Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the App or by updating the effective date.
