Generally, Docleanerlab collects personal information directly from the individuals concerned. For instance, there are times when we may need to collect information from you through our Web Sites. This generally involves filling out forms so you can download or order a Cleaner Labs or third party product from our Web Sites. When you download the products, we require you to fill out a form with your name and email address.

Docleanerlab may also collect personal information about individuals indirectly from third parties, such as from our business partners, from third party providers of marketing lists, and through various other methods, including:

  • Demographic data (e.g. determination of your IP address)

  • Data to fight against fraud (e.g. click fraud in advertising)

  • Data associated with your device (e.g. device type, technological information, country)

  • Data to do advertising, marketing and analysis

The information collected by third-party SDKs is governed by the providers of these SDKs and we have no control over such third parties. The third-parties include monetization partners, such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Smaato, PubNative, IronSource, ChartBoost, Pixalate etc., and also analytical tools partners, such as Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our self-built data statistics system (ECS) . How and why is your information used?

We use your information to communicate with you, to ensure our services are working as intended, to make improvements to our services, to develop our business, and to protect against fraud and spam.

We provide the information we collect to third parties, such as advertisers, in order to provide you with commercial advertisements. The provision of such information generate revenue to pay in part or in whole for the Services. We do not provide personal information to third parties except for billing purposes.

We may use different technologies to process your information for these purposes. We may use automated systems to analyze your information to provide you with personalized services and personalized advertisements.
