Ad partners include but are not limited to:

(4) Virus Scanning Data
We use the TRUSTLOOK SDK for malware detection. It may access your installed app list and APK details but does not collect personally identifiable information. Data is used only for security purposes.
(5) Storage and File Access
Permissions such as READ\_EXTERNAL\_STORAGE, WRITE\_EXTERNAL\_STORAGE, and MANAGE\_EXTERNAL\_STORAGE are used to remove junk files and optimize storage. We do not access or collect personal photos, videos, or documents.
(6) Phone State Access
We request READ\_PHONE\_STATE to detect SIM-related changes or issues that affect functionality. We do not access or share call logs.
(7) Usage Access
We request PACKAGE\_USAGE\_STATS to analyze storage usage and provide you with relevant insights. Data is processed locally.
(8) App Uninstall Feature
We request REQUEST\_DELETE\_PACKAGES permission so you can uninstall apps directly from within Phone Cleanr. No uninstall records are collected or stored.
(9) Location Information
Permissions such as ACCESS\_FINE\_LOCATION and ACCESS\_COARSE\_LOCATION may be requested for WiFi-related features (e.g., scanning networks, checking security). Location data is neither stored nor shared. These permissions are optional.
(10) Foreground Service Access
We request FOREGROUND\_SERVICE permission so that certain tasks (e.g., real-time cleaning or monitoring) can run reliably in the background while keeping you informed via system notifications.
2. User Consent and Control
Before accessing personal or sensitive data, a clear permission request will appear. You may:
Allow or deny any permission
Revoke permissions anytime in system settings
Disable ad personalization in device settings
We will not collect or use data beyond the scope of this policy without your prior consent.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate trusted services to provide features and monetization:
Firebase (Google): crash reporting, analytics, push notifications (aggregated data only).
TRUSTLOOK SDK: malware scanning (no PII collected).
Advertising SDKs: TopOn, Vungle, UnityAds, IronSource, Pangle, Facebook Audience Network, Google AdMob, AppLovin, Mintegral, Chartboost. These may use device identifiers to deliver ads.
Each provider complies with its own privacy policy.

We implement technical and administrative safeguards to protect your data.

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
5. Children’s Privacy
Phone Cleanr is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
