Welcome to our fairly basic webpage with past and current selections, reflections on queer literature, and lists of suggested titles. 

The Philly Queer Book Club is  a monthly book club that celebrates queer literature and the people who love reading and discussing it. Our selections attempt to scrape the rich surface of queer literature, and work to reflect varied perspectives, identities, experiences, and genres. Our community includes some of the smartest, funniest, kindest, and most insightful queers in Philadelphia :) 

 We meet monthly at PAT @ Giovanni's Room on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. Meetings include small- and large-group conversations that center on the month's book. We encourage all participants to purchase our books at Gio's, where they will receive a 10 percent discount at the register.
