Philips Myremote App Android [BEST] Download

I have a philips roku tv and my TV won't respond to my remote. I've changed the batteries and turned it off and on by unplugging it. I hit the rest button on the TV and now it stuck in setup mode I tried the app on my phone but can't connect it because I can't control the TV. The remote doesn't have a pairing or reset button. Plz help
