PhilHealth Toolkit ("the extension") is a browser tool published by PhilHealth Portal PH to help members estimate contributions, prepare forms, and organize requirements. This policy explains what data the extension does — and does not — handle.
None. The extension does not transmit any information to us or to any third party. It does not use analytics, trackers, or advertising scripts, and it does not request access to the websites you visit.
The extension uses Chrome's local storage API to save your checklist progress (MDR checklist, document checklist) and any custom checklist items you type in, entirely on your own device. This data is never uploaded anywhere and is only accessible to the extension itself. Uninstalling the extension removes this data.
Name, birth date, and employer fields you enter to generate a prep sheet are processed locally in your browser only, to build the text summary shown to you. Nothing is saved beyond the current session unless you copy it yourself, and nothing is sent off your device.
The extension requests only the storage permission, used solely for the on-device checklist saving described above. It does not request permission to read or modify any web page you visit.
The "Quick Links" tab and footer link out to the official PhilHealth website and to philhealth-portal.ph. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review separately.
