Philadelphia Animal Control is a city-operated department commited to serving both the citizens of Philadelphia and the animals in our care. We provide care for lost, stray, and surrendered dogs, work to reunite pets with their families whenever possible, and help connect adoptable dogs with loving homes.
Our goal is to promote responsible pet ownership with providing compassionate, professional animal care for our community.
We believe every dog that comes through our doors deserves hope, care, and love.

Fairy has been with us since April 1st, and she is a girl with a whole lot of personality packed into one little body! She's wild, playful, hyper, and always ready for some fun. Underneath all that energy is a girl who simply craves love and attention.

Fairy was surrerndered to us through no fault of her own. Before coming here, she had spent her life living on a chain. Now she's finally getting the chance to run, play, and learn just how good it feels to be loves.🩷
Fairy absolutly soaks up affection and wants nothing more than someone to love on her. She would love a home where she can play her heart out, get all her energy out, and then come back for plently of cuddles and attention.
