We are so excited to welcome your students to PHI for the first day of school tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
Here are a few notes to help make the day as successful as possible!
Students DO NOT need their instruments or supplies on the first day. We will let them know when to bring them and make sure they know where they can store them during the day before they do!
If you have not ordered an instrument and/or supplies for your student, please do so as soon as you can! Below is the information for Bell's Music Shop if you need help ordering.

General Information
FILL OUT THE FORMS BELOW as soon as possible.
We must have band forms on file for students traveling later this semester and for delivering their band t-shirt once they arrive.

Private lessons are a chance for your student to study one-on-one with a professional on their instrument.
Private lessons are for everyone!
Does your student want to learn FARTHER than the class - PRIVATE LESSONS!
Is your student struggling on a few skills - PRIVATE LESSONS!
Is your student competitive and interested in auditioning for All Region this year? - PRIVATE LESSONS!
Do they want to learn new material, songs, and show off for family/friends - PRIVATE LESSONS!
Does your student want to move up bands next year? - PRIVATE LESSONS
If you are interested in signing your student up for private lessons, please send

Include your student's name, parent/guardian's name, and parent/guardian's email address.
We will respond within 48 hours with next steps to get signed up and scheduled.
LESSONS can begin immediately and continue year-round.
(Some teachers have limited availability, so sign up NOW to ensure your student gets a spot!)
