When searching for an undergraduate thesis topic, I stumbled on the work being done in this lab on abating certain air pollutants (NOx and N2O). As a lifelong Arizonan, climate change and air pollution were always top of mind, so it was a perfect fit that led me to pursuing a graduate degree as well.
Outside of the lab, I prefer to be immersed in fantasy worlds by way of DnD and cosplay, and gather crafty hobbies like infinity stones.
