PhasePro is provided by 1205335 B.C LTD, doing business as JLP Electrical Systems (`we`, `us`, or `our`).
Information handled by PhasePro
PhasePro stores settings, calculation inputs, saved panels, field notes, and material lists locally on the user's device. This version does not require a
PhasePro account.
When a user chooses the Panel Scanner, PhasePro processes the selected or captured panel-directory image on the device to recognize text. PhasePro does not intentionally upload or retain the image on our servers. The device camera or photo-picker service may temporarily handle the image as part of the user's request.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We do not receive the user's complete payment-card details. Store services may process purchase, device, diagnostic, and account information under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell user information. PhasePro does not intentionally transmit saved panels, notes, material lists, or calculation inputs to us in this version.
Retention and deletion
Local PhasePro data remains on the device until the user removes it through the app, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app. Purchase records are
retained by the applicable app store according to its policies and legal requirements.
Children
PhasePro is a professional electrical tool and is not directed to children.
Security and changes
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. We may revise this policy when PhasePro's features or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
