Scientific Harmony Productions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PhaseLab mobile application (the "App").

1.1 Personal Information We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use Phaseline. The App operates as a standalone instrument.
1.2 Audio Data Phaseline is a synthesizer and sequencer application. All audio generation, processing, and sequencing happens locally on your device. We do not record, upload, or transmit your audio data or musical creations to any external server.
1.3 Device and Technical Data The App uses third-party services (such as Google Play Services) that may collect information used to identify your device for the purpose of diagnostics and crash reporting. This includes:
Device type and model
Operating system version
Crash logs (if the app malfunctions)
We use the limited non-personal data collected for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the App's functionality.
To monitor the usage of the App (e.g., detecting crashes).
To fix technical issues.
To function correctly as a real-time audio instrument, the App may request specific permissions:
Microphone / Record Audio: This permission is often required by the Android audio system (WebAudio/Tone.js) to initialize the device's audio output buffers. We do not record your voice or ambient audio.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the App on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used.
