Ms. Roua Hassan Aman, RN, BSN, MSc, is a highly respected healthcare professional from the Eastern Health Cluster, Saudi Arabia. She holds a degree in Health Care Management from the IRAQ Royal College, complementing her strong clinical nursing background. Since 2010, she has served across multiple roles in the Eastern Health Cluster, contributing significantly to patient care standards, nursing education, and organizational development.
In 2020, Ms. Aman became an active member of the Search Committee within the Eastern Health Cluster, demonstrating her leadership in academic recruitment, research development, and healthcare quality improvement. Over the years, she has established herself as a Research Mentor and Nurse Educator at the Erada Complex and Mental Health Facility in Dammam, guiding young professionals and supporting mental health awareness across the region.

Her contributions extend to the scientific community through her authorship of more than five published research articles in reputable health science journals. Her work reflects a deep commitment to advancing healthcare knowledge, strengthening mental health services, and empowering nursing professionals.
