By agreeing to the terms of service below and the terms of purchase, the recipient/commissioner, herby referred as to you, will receive __ for the price of $__CAD that will be paid in two payments, one prior to work being started of $__CAD and one to fulfill the total payment of $__CAD after receiving the finished artwork with the watermark of the artist that will be removed once payment is complete.

While your artwork is being worked on by the artist you will receive a minimum of one work-in-progress picture guarantee: even tho you will more than currently receive muiltple. with these work-in-progress pictures is your chance to tweak anything about the work, but once the artwork is complete any changes will come with a fee of a minimum of $2CAD.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the recipient/commissioner. therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Promote myself in any place or site, Publish books with, to display it anywhere to my liking, and post it wherever I want. you the recipient/commissioner are allowed to use the artwork but must be credited to the artist, you may print the art and claim the rights of the character(s) but not the drawing itself. you may also use the art to promote yourself with proper credit to the artist.

The following is considered Copyright infringement: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.(Meaning making money off it in any way) Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

Purchase of the commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.

With the commercial right, you are able to make any sort of merch with the artwork. examples, use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited

I have the right to cancel and or refund the money for the work, you do not have the right to cancel or refund. if you want to because of lack of money the artwork will be held for tops 30 business days from notice of you wanting to cancel/refund. if you file a chargeback against me your rights to anything I have made you will be revoked, and I will have the rights to resell the art to another buyer. you will also be forbidden from buying another artwork/commission from me, Phantomgender27, again. also, your name/username will be publicly posted everywhere I wish/want for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and have all the right to the money you have given to me. 

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with the artist, me.
