Q: How do I create an account?
A: Download the app, tap "Sign Up", enter your name, email, and password, then verify your email with the OTP code we send you.
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email we send you.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to Profile β Settings β Account β Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Q: How do I enter a pet contest?
A: Go to the Contests tab, browse available contests, and tap "Join" on any contest you want to enter. Upload your pet's video or photo as required.
Q: How are winners selected?
A: Depending on the contest type, winners are selected by community votes, judge evaluation, or quiz scores. Each contest clearly states the evaluation method.
Q: When do I receive my prize?
A: Prize delivery timelines are set by the contest organiser. You will be notified when you win and contacted with prize details.

Q: How do I buy a product?
A: Browse the Marketplace tab, tap on any product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We support multiple payment methods.
Q: How do I sell a product?
A: Go to the Marketplace tab, tap the "+" button, fill in your listing details, and submit. Both physical and digital products are supported.
Q: I purchased a digital product. How do I download it?
A: Go to Marketplace β My Purchases tab. Tap the "Download" button next to your digital order. The file will be saved directly to your device gallery or files.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Go to Marketplace β My Purchases to view the status of all your orders including tracking numbers when available.

Q: What payment methods are supported?
A: We support PayPal and other major payment methods. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Q: I was charged but my order didn't go through. What do I do?

Q: How do I turn off notifications?
A: Go to Profile β Settings β Notifications and toggle off the notifications you don't want to receive.
Q: I'm not receiving any notifications.
A: Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone's system settings for PetzYPets. Go to iPhone Settings β PetzYPets β Notifications β Allow Notifications.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Q: The app is crashing or not loading.
A: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store.
Q: Videos are not playing.
A: Check your internet connection. Videos require a stable connection to stream. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Q: I can't upload a video or photo.
A: Make sure you have granted PetzYPets access to your camera and photo library in your iPhone Settings β PetzYPets β Photos and Camera.
