**AI Pet Shop Designer Studio 3D** (the "Application", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our strict compliance with this policy.
This Privacy Policy specifically addresses Apple’s App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i) by outlining exactly what data we collect, how we collect it, all uses of that data, and who we share it with to provide our AI-driven features.
## 1. What Data We Collect
We collect **only** the following data necessary to provide our core AI design service:
- **Text Prompts (User Input):** The descriptive text you explicitly type into the Application to describe your desired pet shop, aquarium, or animal enclosure design.
- **Usage Data:** Anonymous, basic app crash logs and performance metrics (if you have opted-in via your device OS settings).
**We DO NOT collect:** Your name, personal identity, location, contacts, email address, or any existing photos/media from your device's photo library.
## 2. How We Collect That Data
- **Direct Input Only:** We collect your Text Prompts strictly when you explicitly type them into the text box and actively tap the "Generate Design" button.
- **Explicit In-App Consent:** Before any data is ever sent from your device to our third-party AI services, the Application displays a mandatory "AI Data Notice" consent screen. You must explicitly tap "I Agree" to grant permission for your Text Prompts to be collected and transmitted. If you decline, no data is sent.
## 3. All Uses of That Data
The Text Prompts you provide are used **exclusively** for the following single purpose:
- To generate the requested 3D architectural visual concepts of pet shops and animal enclosures based on your exact text descriptions. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training proprietary models.
## 4. Who The Data Is Sent To (Third-Party Sharing)
To generate high-quality AI images, your Text Prompts must be processed by external artificial intelligence service providers.
We explicitly share your **Text Prompts only** with the following specific third parties:
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** We transmit your raw text prompt to OpenAI solely to structurally enhance, translate, and optimize the prompt for accurate architectural image generation.
2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** The enhanced text prompt is then securely transmitted to Replicate's API to render and generate the final 3D visual image you see in the Application.
*Note: We do not transmit your device ID, IP address, or any personal identity markers to these services. Only the descriptive text string is sent.*
## 5. Third-Party Data Protection (Equal Protection Confirmation)
In strict compliance with App Store Guidelines, we hereby confirm that the third-party AI services we use (**OpenAI** and **Replicate**) provide the **same or equal protection of user data** as stated in this Privacy Policy.
- Both third parties are contractually restricted from using your ephemeral Text Prompts for unauthorized external purposes.
- All data transmission between the Application and these third parties is secured and encrypted via industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
- Your data is processed ephemerally solely for the purpose of generating the requested image and is discarded in accordance with their enterprise data privacy agreements.
## 6. Device Permissions (Photo Library Access)
The Application requests iOS "Add to Photos" (Write-Only) permission. This permission is requested **only** when you tap the "Save" button to save a newly generated AI design to your device.
- The Application only writes the new image to your gallery.
- The Application **does not** have read access to your camera roll, and it does not scan, read, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos.
## 7. Data Retention
The Application does not store your generated images or text prompts on remote servers after the AI generation process is completed. Generated images are displayed locally on your device and are only saved to your local photo gallery if you explicitly choose to save them.
## 8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
