Chat functionality is enabled only after mutual interaction between users.

PetMeeter allows users to create profiles, upload pet information, and communicate through chat.

Users can report inappropriate, abusive, or objectionable content directly within the App.
Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
Content that violates our guidelines will be removed.
Users who repeatedly violate policies may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned.
Users can block other users within the App.
When a user is blocked:
The blocked profile will no longer appear in the user’s feed.
Messaging between the users will be disabled.
Existing conversations may become inaccessible.
We store block data to enforce user safety and prevent further interaction.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice.
PetMeeter is not intended for children under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
