Creation of the first pet profile is provided free of charge for a limited trial period.
The free trial period lasts 8 days from the date the first pet profile is created.
At the end of the 8-day trial, access to the pet profile (including viewing, editing, sharing, and related services) will be locked.
To regain access, the user must purchase a subscription.
6-Month Subscription: $6.99
12-Month Subscription: $12.90
Adding any additional pet beyond the first requires an immediate paid subscription (no free trial).
Pricing per additional pet profile:
6 Months: $6.99
12 Months: $12.90
No credit card is required during the free trial.
Payment details are requested only after the trial ends or when adding an additional pet.
Petiva offers paid subscriptions for service providers, including Dog Walkers and Dog Trainers.
$4.99 for 6 months
$8.90 for 12 months
Service providers receive a 30-day free trial upon joining the platform.
This trial is separate from any trial offered to private users.
If a service provider upgrades to a paid subscription during the 30-day free trial, they receive a 2-month bonus:
6-month plan becomes 8 months
12-month plan becomes 14 months
During an active service provider subscription (including the free trial), providers have access to:
Professional tools and lead notifications
Calendar-based reminders and scheduling features
Pet management and update features available to private premium users
Subscription payments for service providers are processed via the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to store billing terms.
Petiva provides a platform connecting pet owners with independent service providers.
Petiva does not guarantee:
The quantity of leads
The quality, accuracy, or intent of inquiries
Any income, earnings, or business outcomes
All service providers operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for:
Communication with customers
Pricing, availability, and service fulfillment
Compliance with local laws, licenses, and insurance requirements
Use of the Petiva platform by service providers is at their own discretion and risk.
Users are solely responsible for tracking trial periods, subscription status, and access limitations.
Claims such as “I didn’t know,” “I thought it was free,” or “my access was locked” do not constitute a failure or breach by Petiva.
Petiva reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or terms at any time.
Any changes will be presented within the application or official Petiva platforms.
15. Additional Data Collection and Usage
We may collect a user’s full name and phone number as part of the account profile.
This information is used solely to enable service-related features, including generating leads for dog walkers and dog trainers.
Phone numbers are not publicly displayed within the app.
Phone numbers are shared only when a user explicitly requests a service and are provided solely to the selected service provider.
Collected data is used for internal functionality only and is not sold or shared with third parties.
